I was wondering whether someone could help me. I studied Spanish at AS level and got an A but have forgotten almost everything because I didnt use it enough! I was just wondering what is the best way to learn a foreign language?
Do i need to go to night classes? Or get a tutor? Or would one of the Spanish learning CDs work? Or are they just rubbish? Any particular ones that are better than others??
Hola Rafferty, most people would say the best way to learn a foreign language is to live in the country where they speak the language. Failing that as Eleggantly says if you went to night classes you should soon be able to pick it back up. There are many free courses on-line. I use them sometimes to brush up on my limited Spanish. As for the CDs some are better than others and some may work for you and some may not. Personally I don't like the Rosetta Stone course but others love it. I like the Michel Thomas course though he does take a bit of getting used to. It's really finding one that suits you. Mucha suerte.
