Firstly i am new to this forum. Bought a peugeot 206 t-reg for 1795 from a local dealer. Made car check online everything was well. Car was driven69.9k miles when i got it. All the paper work was fine. He sent the V5 to DVLA and i got the new one. The problem i pointed out was my odometer was tampered with the latest MOT. Is there any chance to claim on the dealer???

Hi - I dont think that this is a matter that would be dealt with by insurance - you might get a better result in the Law section - or your local trading standards office should help.
