Can anyone tell me what causes the backs of the upper arm to have permenent 'goose bumps'?
I'm sure I never used to have these but they have appeared over the past months and I don't like them at all!
Are they caused by a mineral difficiency perhaps?

Are you drinking enough water?

Ummm, possibly not sometimes!
I do try to drink enough but often forget to stop and get a drink if I'm very busy.
Exfoliate your arms - this gets the blood circulating - you should notice a difference after a while.
My daughter use to get it. I stopped all fluids except water and it went within a month or so.
It could be something to do with blocked hair folicles. Go ask ur doctor about it :)
its called keratosis pilaris,ex foliate for a couple of weeks if this doesn`t get rid of the bumps go and see your doctor who will give you a cortisone cream.
