Can you pay for your passport renewal by card over the phone or online before they have received the paper forms?

well you can pay by credit card......but only by entering your details on the form you return instead of enclosing a cheque.....

Ummm if you only have two weeks, ring the passport office to find out what the turn round time is,
My daughter, (codgers kid ) had a similar problem, she rang Peterborough and they told her it was taking a month, so she had to fast track it by going down there and sorting it, and it cost her twice as much as a normal renewal, and even then she only got it back three days before she went,
