bumped into an ex years later and thought, OMG!!! What did I ever see in you?
I have, only once. In my mind's eye she was a princess. In reality she was a bit of a mutt. It was a relief really. Killed off any lingering hankering for what might have been.

I accidentally phoned mine (his name is the same as a good friend), so felt I had to chat. Turns out he has become a magistrate "so I have to bow to him". "Over my dead fcking body" I responded.
