that when you go into toilets in shops public toilets arcaides or where ever thay have put in low toilets low sinks the works for you little ones everything except the hand blowers ! always blows hot air in to there faces !!!

Its the same store planners that put a hot air dryer right over the top of the pull down babychange trays.
