i have a miniature epns loving cup, with a shiel on front.words of" pensans anno domini on the shield. would this item be from a club or
a souvenier item, also what would be its date.
pensans would now be spelt, penzance. many thanks for any info.on this item.

It is the corporate shield and so it must be something to do with the town council.
