clue is recall article in periodical(6) i can't see what else would fit. there is another clue daily argument for couple(8) and i have domestic but really do not understand why

Fortis- Annual is of course right now I've seen the clue. I only asked about ANNUL because on another posting someone had said 7d was ANNUL- must have been a tying error.
