Check here for one idea... I would think they should be available in the UK...

Guess the posts are attached to fence panels ??? .... if so, I'd put up lots of trellis and encourage climbing shrubs ..... the posts would soon be disguised.

Thanks but the posts are on top of a 6ft wall and if I put up trellis it will darken the Garden so I just need something to cover the concret post put in by the builder.

You could paint them although on top of a 6 foot wall it could be tricky.

There are plenty of colours available in stone gloss & masonary paints.

Are they the ones which have fence panels in between? We painted ours with dark brown fencecare type preserver - the stuff you'd normally put on just the wooden panel - it soaks in to the concrete and they just look like wood - it looks 100% better.

You could maybe attatch some willow screening. Its flexible enough to wrap around it. Or another idea is to fix some plant pots around it.. grow something like sweet pease to run up it?
its a while since you posted the question but the solution is the easypost, looks great, real quality, takes minutes to do and looks very professional, www.ukeasypost.com now sold on e-bay and www.buyfencingdirect.co.uk (cheaper on e-bay tho, hope this helps
