how do i know if i'm pregnant

i had sex last friday and since then i have been sick to my stomach everything i eat comes right out either in diarea or vomiting and my breast are getting fermer please help me out

Hi. Your symptoms are some of those experienced by pregnant women, however that doesn't necessarily mean you are.  Unfortunately it would be too early to test for pregnancy unless your period is late, your hormone levels would probably not be high enough to be detected.  It's a matter of waiting.
