Tomato and basil soup and then philly in a pitta bread with salmon. I'll be having the same for dinner but wihtout the soup... Comfort food this weekend, I'm all lethargic and a bit out of spirits so loving the philly!

got this sunday off as we had our roast yesterday, lazy sundays rule!

We're having roast chicken, mash potatos, roast potato, roast carrots and parsnips and broccoli.

With gravy of course...

Washed down with a few cold beers :-)

hobgoblin pie. gravy of it is made from stout. I do the ready made puff pastry in the oven and the meat in a pan, how lazy can you get? Still how it tastes is the main thing.

Big free range roast chicken lots of roast pots, roast veg lubberly gravy, broccoli and then fresh pineapple,strawberries and mango with creme fraiche. Daughter said in horror " Pineapple ? that's not pudding .! That's punishment!! "

Mint choc chip ice cream for desert with some more stellas :-)

Hopefull I can talk him into going to the shop and getting some wine as I'm back in my PJ's now....
