if she wont return it after being asked you could seek legal advise but maybe would need proof of purchase

yes have asked her to return it had to do this via text message as shes refusing to talk to me and she just ignores me . proof of purchase not a prob computers also registered in my name with manufacturer

Go to the police with your proof and get 1 of them to go round to her house with you to get it back
