Personally I wouldn't risk it, not with prawns.
why not eat it cold? chuck on a bit of salad, crusty bread and some wine...mmm! sounds lush x

hmm, hadn't thought of that!
It will be fine to reheat so long as it has been cooled and stored in a cool place, and is then heated until it is really hot, it's if it is left at a tepid temperature for a length of time that the bacteria starts to breed!

my husband reheated it and seems fine! I didn't want to risk it!
just you wait 24hours then you'll know if it was alright but personaly i wouldn't have done it with chicken prawns and rice.
I wouldn't.......rice when re-heated is notorious for harbouring a particularly nasty bacteria.

also....the quality of the dish will not be the same...the prawns alone will be hard and nasty...the rice -if heated to scalding, will be a sticky mush.
Personally I would do it as I always do with paella and never had any probs.

i know what you mean - i've got my food hygiene certificate and would never reheat rice.
My husband has a cast iron stomach though. He even freezes kebabs from takeaway and then reheats and eats them!
Incidently, he did say the paella tasted delish second time around!
