Just switched over from Orange to Talk-Talk..Have I made a mistake?

We had Talk-Talk at the last place I worked and it was a very good deal financially..........unfortunately their response to service problems was not so good.......

I have heard that before. I changed because in a poll Orange came last!

To be fair the biggest problem was with the BT copper but the response from Talk-Talk to my often frantic phone calls was very bad.....I only got one particular problem solved 'cos I used to work at BT and phoned an old friend who got it sorted for me.....
