This may not be correct colour wires but can anyone tell me what the connections should be to get each switch to work.

The are two switches on one plate for two separate lights.

One works, the other does not.

The switch box is earthed.

There are two black wires and two red wires.

Each black wire is connected to common.

Each red wire is connected to L1. I have tried moving one red wire to L2 but this did not work. I have also tried changing the light bulb!

What are the correct connections so that the second light should work?
