Morning all, Off walking witha a friend who has Thyroid Op to remove cancer on Tuesday. We are trying to keep her busy and healthy and up-beat. It's hard for her because we have to leave Island to go to Liverpool for radiation treatment and that strip of water makes it difficult for relations and friends to visit.. Blowy and grey skies here so a fairly brisk 6 miles might be in order.
