can anyone tell me the name of the song in the guiness advcert the one where 3 men are running toweards the water with there surf boards then wen they get in they run back out again there is also a man saying "tick follow tock follow"

It is indeed Phat Planet - just the first 4 bars looped over and over. Major leftfield fan here by the way.

This is actually a remake of an advert from 5 or 6 years ago. Used the same music though and it is indeed Phat Planet by Leftfield from the album Rhythm and Stealth.
