Working for an Irish Company

What are the tax differencies in working for an Irish company, like car tax, PAYE etc. I am based in the UK. Are they any benefits??

If you are actually employed in the UK then none at all. They would be obliged to abide by UK laws if they have UK employees regardless of the location of head office.
