Hi Chasingcars,
I'm one of them peops that cant eat that stuff lol so thought I'd give some of the recipes we have:
Grilled fish of any type served with salad and rice.
Curry: Veggie: made with chickpeas and onions, garlic, carrots, aubergine, courgettes, brocolli, fresh fennel, peppers, fresh green chillies, curry powder, cumin, coriander + fresh coriander, turmeric, fresh ginger, veg stock and coconut cream...served with rice. Tescos and other shops sell gluten free naan breads.
If u do decide on a roast dinner, use Kallo stock cubes as they dont have gluten or wheat in them.
We also have chicken wrapped in parma ham with parmesan, fried and again... salad and rice.
This ones yummy if you're up for BBQ'
