Tracing an Artist

I am trying to find out anything I can about a picture of Venice signed by S.K. Mulholland. Its been in the family for years but no-one knows anything about the picture or the artist. It may even just be a print rather than an original. The only clue we have to its age is the fact that a sheet of newspaper from about 1913 was in the back of the frame.
Has anyone ever heard of this person or do you know of a website or book that might tell me more about them?
