Hope that helps!
Given the nature of the location, I assume you're after a pagan wedding ceremony?
I have to agree with Waldo, that any place a (Legal) marriage is celebrated, must be licenced by law. However if you wish to have a Pagan marriage, that you recognise, but not a Legal/Established church marriage, then the above would not apply to you.I also agree with Waldo, that as the public is not admitted to the centre of Stonehenge, then that is ruled out.
Stonehenge is administered by The National Trust/English Heritage.
Avebury Stone Circle is administered solely by The National Trust.
If you contact them, and explain your idea, and if there are not too many people involved they may allow it;it's worth a try.
I cannot see them allowing it anywhere at Stonehenge, due to problems they have had there at Midsummers past, but as Avebury is quieter they may agree?

Good Luck!
