I have been given three papaya fruits, grreen turning yellow in patches, but I do not know the best ways to use them. Hoping some of you clever people can help me out!

slice them in half, scrape the seeds out, squeeze some lime juice over and enjoy

thats how i eat them, but it does make it easier if you score the flash into cubes first, although i'm usually to impatient/lazy!

ther are lots of lovely recipes - papaya salad is one, but this is my fave way to eat them

the seeds from the papaya, tendrizes the meat very well,
if you intended to do a B.B.Q, you could use them to marinate your meat, you must remove them before you
cook, you cld also dry them an then use it for future use!
