S Club - where are they now?

For some reason the topic of S Club has been brought up in the office this morning and we're wondering if anyone has any info or links on what they're all up to now?

I remember Paul leaving to join a nu-metal band - what happened there?  I know Jo had hurt her back - is she still unable to work?  and obviously we know about Rachel Stevens, but the rest we have no idea.

Googling has drawn a blank so far, so any info appreciated!  (Yes, work is quiet today.)

Hannah Spearritt is gradually breaking into acting...she was in Agent Cody Banks 2 and Seed of Chucky. Paul was in a nu-metal band called Skua I think but they didn't get anywhere and he's now in another band. Can't remember what they're called or what type of music they make.

that dark haired tanned skin lass (not rachel) is planning a solo career and is working with an agent and music writer at the moment to come up with some material etc. Cant remember her name tho!

i heard that hannah left because she was going out with paul and so she went so she could spend time with him but i dont know wat happened in the air
