I'm thinking of going on a day trip - what do people recommend in a short space of time? Not interested in aquariums or theme parks - more interested in scenic views, walks or museums. Thanks

Osborne House is well worth a visit. Queen Victoria and Prince Albert spent a lot of time there.

I agree with VHG. Osborne House is well worth a visit.
try going to west wight. freshwater bay, alum cove and tennyson down are all good for scenic views.
