accident at work

hi there. i recently had an accident at work and some docs think i have fractured my wrist. i have had 2 go to the hospital now twice for several diffrent x-rays and they put me in a purple full pot after being put in a half splint. i personally dont think its fractured coz it hardly hurts.im thinkin of puttin in a claim but even if my wrist insnt fractured will i still be able to make a claim. i also put my back out too.

Make sure its noted in the accident book that you should have at work, if u havent put it in then u cant make a claim.

I think you just shouldn't claim. Why would you want to sue your company for an injury you dont even have!

i didnt say i dont have any injuries, i said im not sure wether my wrist is broken, even tho its in a cast. and my back is really hurtin me, my doc says its the sympoms of syatica. so now ask me why i want to put a claim in. ps there was no 1st aiders there at the time and the person handling it handled it teribly
