After installing our Philex Digital Satellite receiver we have picked up all of the channels but unfortunately for some reason channels like E4, More 4 have the 'S' sign beside them which we think means scrambled. Obviously they are available on Freeview but how do we unlock them ??

Is it an official Freesat box? If not, you can't get all the FreeSat channels. It should say FreeSat on the front.
