Im a bit like you.....I havent got any page numbers either and nor do the questions appear in the `box`......they are way offset. Dont know if it affects anyone else or is it just us?

As if by magic the numbers have suddenly reappeared.........I dont know where they have been but they are back again now!

I am also in the same boat - can't move on to the next page, no numbers in top brown banner or bottom and everything is off kilter in the question department. Any bright ideas???

Until they fix this left click and drag mouse over orange band and numbers will appear, then just select the one you want
