My flatmate brought back some fresh crab on Fri. It\'s been in the fridge since then and i was intending to make a meal with it tonight but now have a first date to go on.

Is it possible to stick it in the freezer until tomorrow? I know you have to be VERY careful with shellfish, but it\'s a lot of expensive crab to throw out.

Ps. Also won\'t cook it for my date as my flatmate only moved in Fri and not made any friends yet so will be stuck in with us!

Thanks!

If it was FRESH, as in straight out of the sea, it should keep in the fridge not the freezer
