I want to start running to keep fit and healthy but I want to lose any wieght, any advice will be great, also any tips on getting started on running would be helpful
walk if your overweight till you lose extra weight. Think Biafran people who walk for days (minimal food) to reach Oxfam welfare centres. That would be hard to emulate but you get the idea.......
I guess you need to eat more to ensure you don't lose weight, the exercise is bound to give you a bigger appetite.
I always struggle with running, it's a boredom thing for me. I take exercise in a form that I enjoy, football for me, you play a game that you enjoy and keep healthy as a by product.
