What is it and what does it do? When I click on it it is empty and when I click to uninstall it, it states, `This will affect everyone that uses this computer` As nobody else uses my PC should I uninstall it anyway?

It's basically a program that allows you to copy DVDs. If you don't use it, it can safely be uninstalled. The "affects all users" message is a standard one. It just means that if you have multiple user accounts on your PC, that it will be uninstalled from all of those too, effectively meaning that nobody would be able to use the program.

It's a DVD program that can help you copy DVD movie into computer. You can uninstall it. It will not affect the computer.
