I need to cook carbs & protein the night before a half marathon. She wants pasta & seafood. Anyone any advice? Thanks.

Chilli ginger noodles with cashew nuts...

I can't find the receipe but the ingrediants are....

Fresh red chilli's....to taste
1/3 inc ginger...finely chopped
Garlic...to taste
Spring Onions....app 3
Oyser sauce
Chicken stock....I use a cube and add a small bit at a time
Prawns
Salmon
Egg noodles
Cashew nuts
------------------------------------------------------------------

Fry the chilli's, garlic and ginger
add cashew nuts
Add prawns
chicken stock
oyster sauce
pre cooked salmon
precooked noodles

It's very nice and very quick....
Add spring onions after cashew nuts...after adding each ingredient stir for a minute or so.

Don't forget to get the wok to super hot before starting....
Oh, and when I say pre cooked salmon and noddles I cook them myself before starting the stir fry.
