The other day, my four year old who started school for the first time this week was munching her breakfast and burped really loudly, so I said "You wont be able to do that in school you know, it's rude and Mrs Anders (teacher) might tell you off".

She digested this information for a few seconds and then said..

"oh ok...can i trump instead then?"

Can you not teach her how to do it quietly? (Preferably without the deadly factor though).

Either that or can she bring the dog to school?

rofl CD, the poor dog gets blamed for everything in this house!

Iffy smells? It's the dog!

Food missing? I'ts the dog!

Toys gone AWOL? It's the dog!
If the food in question is a fondant fancy, I would not have the dog as my first suspect Missy...
BOO........pre 18th century.....no, 20th century and in the social stratum BELOW a council estate, but we we taught values even so which have remained to this day. "Stuffy?"...no idea.

Generally speaking, I have never farted in public, never farted in front of my wife, she has never farted in my company and as for the kids, probably did, but no big deal was made of it. I cannot remember anyone farting in class, grammar school or University and one of my description has been DIFFICULT.

But times have changed and us fuddy duddies will be a thing of the past, leaving everybody to their "normal" lives.

Boo,

Thats not silly at all ..........you're a mum and that's what mum's do!

It is daunting when they go in on their first week, but does'nt take too long for them to settle in, make friends and really start enjoying themselves.
You wait till she starts bringing you home lovely pictures she's drawn, if she has'nt already!

Lovely and happy times :0)

All the best, Boo
Have a great day

love yogi x ( yep, you're getting another one.........i spoil you, dont i?).......lol
Hey BOO - she so cute - my eldest was going to a debs dance last night and he was all dressed up in his dress suit and my 12 year old turns to me and says ' he scrubs up well doesn't he' - she always has old words coming from her young head and it's so funny. Unfortunately all I get from my 19 (nearly 20) year old these days is - huh
