Sliced marinaded pork grilled over charcoal with so fresh corn on the cob bought this morning from a farm shop.

No Yorkshire puddings but that can wait till next week!

I'm having a steak roast dinner. I was waiting for the lads to come back to do a fry up but they are too late.....so I will be putting dinner on shortly.

I'm starving...

Yes a steak roast dinner is very nice indeed especially with Colmans mustard.

I prefer steak to roast beef because unless the joint is pretty large it does not roast to perfection. I grew up in a household that bought 10 pound roast joints, lovelly but that was the 60s!
