What are Russian A-Levels

Hey,
I'm writing a book at the moment and have to briefly mention one character passing his exams... He lives in Russia and I have suspician they probably don't have A-Levels XD

So, may I ask what the equivalent of A-Levels are in Russia

p.s. I had no idea where to put this, so also comment if you know where I should move it to.
