My wife and i have booked a holiday in the Algarve and the booking has confirmed a two bedroom apartment.Our son will be in lLsbon about the same time .Can he come and stay in the apartment without any further costs.

The answer is probably not, but it depends on how you booked the apartment and on what conditions.
