I am trying to identify this bug which I saw in South Eastern Ireland.

A few days later I saw my dog sniffing at one of them in our campervan. Shortly after, I had to take my dog to a vet as she was experiencing a serious allergic reaction.
I read that the six-spot burnet moth contains cyanide and was wondering if you thought it might have caused her problems?
