Flu jab

I am due to have the flu jab on Saturday morning, as I am diabetic, I have woken this morning with what I think is going to develop into a cold....my Dad had one last week and I had to look after him, he's in his 70's.
I have a sore throat and bunged up only a little at the moment, does this mean I can't have the flu jab on Saturday?

At the present time, I can see no reason for delaying your flu jab, but if the symptoms worsen in the next 2 days then it would be prudent to delay.
