we're having lasagne and curly fries and then ice cream with toffee topping. Very healthy, been out for lunch again today too, had roast beef, brilliant.
Cumberland sausages (the twirly ones), red wine and onion gravy, bubble and squeak using vegetables from my garden. Greek yoghurt and garden plums for pud.
Not long finished roast chicken, roast spuds, carrots, sprouts & gravy. We don't normally have a roast in the week these days, but our fan oven's just been fixed & was trying it out!
I had lunch out so I just had a yogurt greek yogurt with honey and chopped walnuts like Craft 1948 - Mine was Tesco Finest - currently by favourite yoghurt.
Spanish chicken stew which is basically chicken, chorizo sausage, wine, cannellini beans, carrots, onions, garlic and tinned tomatoes. I put the whole lot in the slow cooker on low this morning and it was ready by teatime.
