Our favourite AB Mastiff Fearnought George Formby has got his mug shot in the weekly dog paper Our Dogs on page 17 together with his dad in a full page ad for his breeder celebrating his dogs' wins (including of course Handsome George's Reserve Challenge Certificate). For those who are interested but too tight to buy a copy go into your local newsagent on Friday and take a peek at Our Dogs.

dancaro, are you saying that all the dogs featured in this paper (and they are not all show dogs) are mistreated and their welfare is of concern?
These dogs are first and foremost family pets. For the vast majority of them the 'showing' is a hobby that both owners and dogs can be involved in. Have you never taken a photograph of your pets?
At least these people spend time and money on their pets, unlike some who would rather go down the pub leaving their dogs home alone.
