On this, I agree with you. It was pretty disgraceful for Joe Wilson to heckle the President, and it right that the House Of Representatives have tabled a motion to censure him.

Seems perfectly acceptable behaviour to me - All leaders I can think of make efforts to be "of the people".
You only have to think of Blair missing the net at football, or Berlusconi chatting up a female doctor at a natural disaster site.
I think it shows Obama in a good light. As for Hague, I had no problem with his baseball cap - blame the fashion pollice for that particular outcry.

I personally had a lot of time for Hague. He was handed a poisoned chalice and handled himself with dignity.
