I am looking forward to having my eldest daughter come for a curry tonight. They go of to university as children and come back as bright adults. Its a shock to the system!

The upside is they now come to see you to eat and you end up having real conversations. Previously you seemed to be running a McDonalds drop in restaurant for them.

Anyway thats the little drop of sparkle in my day. What is yours?

I 've woken up this morning feeling so much better health wise after a minor regular procedure, it's sunny and my cat has brought me a pidgeon (not my idea of a gift but still....)

One of my friends has just rung to tell me she is pregnant after trying for 10 years to have a baby and 2 failed IVF attempts.

Well I woke up with a face like a baboon's ar5e. I've had an allergic reaction to something, but it's gone now, thankfully. Am going to clean villa then go shopping, come home and make a paella.

Alfie the wonderdog was a naughty little sod in the middle of the night. I woke up this morning and found the contents of the bin bag strewn across the sitting room floor !!

Bit down because of the news of whiffey.

Taking the wife to the snooker club for Fish Chips and Mushy Peas for lunch.
I am having a weekend 'off' after months of activity, social occasions, time away and parties.
I am so looking forward to doing nothing but read, be in the garden, see a friend tonight, watch saturday trash tv & a dvd and drink a very good bottle of Rioja I've been saving. And munch on whatever I fancy. And slob around in my jimjam bottoms all day if I want to - without even brushing my hair, getting the hoover out or feeling obliged to make a speech or scintillating conversation.
The boyfriend is banished to his own home, the daughter is out all weekend and my back door will be closed against unwanted predators. Nice.
LOL Salla aren't you weraing your jimjam top? I love slobing about in my jimjams - your weekend sounds bliss.
My 16 year old comes back from a 2 day school walking trip today and will most definitely be starving so I will be feeding her the latter part of the day. But this evening I will draw the curtains and sit down to watch my favourite show on TV - back tonight - do not laugh at me
that did sound a bit topless cath !!
Depending on the weather - it will be a vest or a cardi or jumper. I don't like matching jimjam top & bottoms.
Apart from a couple of special jimjams bought not for sleeping in I always buy jimjam bottoms and just a t shirt as I never liek the jimam tops or I use t shirts I've bought and then don't wear during the day. Right slob I am
I am same I have loads of pyjama bottoms and can never resist a nice pair. And like cath some little slinkys or not as the case may be LOL for other occasions
