Virtually every Lovatts posting I've ever seen on here has contained some incorrect letters so I'm hoping your P, O and E are correct. I can't think of a good answer though- the best is PROCE which means repeating once but that isn't the same as long-winded. It could be PROSE but again that doesn't mean long winded.

What is the clue that gives the P (or L)?
