I know there are programs that will let you save anything that you can hear through your speakers such as Freecorder etc. but is there something similar to save anything you can see on screen, the reason that I ask is I was looking at a web site the other day and found a few pictures (photos) that I would like to save but when I right click on them normally it says ''Save picture as'' but on this site when you right click nothing happens, I have looked for contact details to see if I can buy the pictures but with no luck so how can I save them? in simple terms please as I am not very up on computing.

You can get around that by using Firefox. If you can't right-click and save, you can just left-drag the picture into a folder or onto your desktop.

Thanx for your answer Rojash but as I understand firefox is a whole new internet browser, as I share this laptop with 2 flatmates i cannot change from IE which is why I wanted just a simple downloadable program that I could add to what is already on here, does anybody ele know of one ?
Firefox has been around for ages, and this is no problem with having more than one internet browser on a machine, so have both.

I have just downloaded firefox and got back to the pictures that I wanted and I have right clicked, left clicked, triedto drag & drop and it is still the same as in IE, in short it does'nt do it
Give us the URL of the website in question then we can all have ago at saving the pics who knows someone might just come up with the right answer.
Try ALT + Print Screen button. Then you can either paste it into word or Paint and then edit it accordingly to get just the picture you need.

If you use word you just right click then paste. In Paint you will need to go to the Edit Button and choose paste.
Go to file > save page complete with images > open saved page.
You should then be able to save the images.
Obviously, the last five words above are not part of the given link.
Don't know why that should happen!!!!
