Conservatory

I'm thinking of having a small conservatory, how close can I build to the boundary wall? I live in a semi-detatched bungalow with "jobs-worth" neighbour so need to get it right first time. Thanks everyone

True, but beware that your GUTTERING cannot overhang into his land, and neither can your foundations go into his land underground.
So in practice you will probably have pull the line of conservatory back off the line a little.
Also Google 'Party Wall Act' and read up about it. Jobsworth next door may invoke it, which would involve you in forking out for his party wall surveyor, as well as your own.
