smoker bbq

Does anyone have a smoker bbq, i have just ordered one, a little late in the season I know, but hey. Now i am getting worried as to whether its going to be a good buy or not. Has anyone got one, if so any tasty ideas? It is a normal bbq as well so it wont go to waste i guess.

Everyone i've spoken to say they're awesome....you can "cook" whole joints in one although they do take a fair few hours to cook.

I think if you're a burger and sausage barbequer, i'd stick with the normal ones but smokers can be fun for an "all dayer"

Hi hammerman, I will be sure to post it on here. thanks for you reassurance. I am getting it from ebay to arrive any day. It only cost £64 with cover. If we get a nice day I will chuck in a chicken. I would love to hear from anyone who has one though, I dont feel very confident
