clicking noise in head

ok, when i turn my head to the right, i hear a clicking noise, well a sort of cracking noise, its not painful, but kinda annoying? its only started within the last 3 weeks and i havent been in any kind of accident or anything, ever.

just wondered if anyone else had had this before? (my dad would say "well dont turn your hed to the right then" ha ha )

ha ha I just put well dont do it then on Pain all over thread below as my mum always says it

Any one of many degenerative diseases of the cervical spine (neck)?

Would there be some pain in that case sqad - would neck stretching exercises help

peri....clicking, without pain, is common in many joint disorders and I don't think that exercise would have anything to offer. It is just a matter of "Carry on Clicking"
