what is the the lowest carb bread?

I know brown bread has fewer carbs than white...but is there a brand or type that has the least?

or perhaps pittas? wraps?

Weight Watchers do a bread but it absolutley mings! Bagels and pittas are ok as are wraps.

Or do what I do and have it as a treat so you can buy the decent stuff!
