She's just got up and she's making a brew. She's never well at this time of the morning, as her knee is crumbling and needs replacing. She's had one knee done, and now needs the other one doing. She'll be walking better in about half an hour. x

bless her.. sometimes they suddenly seem their age. I'm sure the sun is doing her good, although we've had a few lovely days here.

My dad said he had the central heating on the day before yesterday. ?

Anyway, my nan is quite thick set, so were she to lose a few pounds, she'd probably suffer less discomfort in her joints.

true.. my mum suffered terribly with her hips, lost weight and is virtually back to normal. (normal meaning she has to find other things to gripe about.) and her diabetes is better.

He's back in Hereford, Sara, and only rang to speak to my mother. She rubbed it in by saying how hot it has been over here. lol

It's funny when you say they suddenly seem to age. When I go and see my Grandad he looks the same as ever. My aunty put some photos of him on facebook and I couldn't believe how old he looked.

Now listen up wiseass - my Nan is very thick set. She has legs that are like tree trunks and they are solid !!
She is incredibly big boned.
