60's Cartoon

Anyone remember the name of a black and white cartoon that replaced the Magic Roundabout before the news in the 60's? It was about two alien races. One was stupid and the other one was vaguely bird shaped, I think. It was Hugarian and the artwork was very simple.

I was a bit young in the 60's (Born in 65) but there was Bleep & Bosster. Which may have been a TV cartoon.Just a long shot.

bleep and Booster was shown during Blue Peter, never in the 5-minure slot before the news.

The show I think you are looking for was (like The Magic Roundabout) also a French import, it was called The Shadocks...
