What is the name of the last star to disappear in the morning, [Northern hemisphere] roughly in South South East rising on an angles path about 10 towards the East. Are there any superstitions relating to it [Originating Chinese/Indian]? Thanks

Depends on the time of year. Actually it might not be a star but the planet Venus which is brighter than any star in the sky.
